One of the favorite words of fingerprint lock sales people is that there are no two identical fingerprints in the world; the probability of hitting a fingerprint is one-fifth. This sentence is correct, but strictly speaking, there are no two identical keys in the world. So why do you have a lot of keys to open the same lock?

Of course, this is no longer a problem with fingerprint recognition technology: recognition accuracy is also difficult to encounter thieves, just like your fingerprint is more than 80% similar? Even if the default rate is as high as one percent, there will be no thief standing in front of the door and brushing a hundred fingers. In fact, the fingerprint portion of the fingerprint lock can be considered indestructible compared to the following problem.

The German door lock system is called the central door lock (Zentralverriegelung)system and consists of a shared lock and a separate lock. Public areas such as public buildings and basements (Öffentlicher Bereich) are shared  locks, and mailboxes and apartment doors are separate locks. Each central locking system has a unique registration number, and each lock and key in the system is also numbered and comes with a list of door locks, all of which correspond to the key and door lock. However, this type of door lock system relies on closure to ensure safety. Once one of the keys falls into the hands of others, its safety will collapse from the inside and even be a little fragile. Therefore, there is a security risk if the person collecting the key knows the address of the family. The person who lost the key must replace the door lock of the entire system to ensure the safety of other people's accommodation. Usually, this obligation is clearly stated in the accommodation code. Now you should not think that fingerprint locks are unnecessary.

The current fingerprint lock is still in development, but P3 has reached the level of usability and ease of use. It does solve the ultimate problem of inconvenient carrying. Although it is not perfect, it is still worth buying. At present, P3 fingerprint locks are very popular in the European market. Affordable prices and high security quality attract many customers. In the next few years, it will spread to thousands of families.
